WHO ARE WE?At Timberline Builtsmart we offer the easy building solution.
We manufacture traditional Australian homes for town & country NSW and the ACT, a fantastic range of cabins, and also our new “Mod 8” range of contemporary modular designs.
Our quality homes and cabins are manufactured in our Lisarow factory & then transported to your site for installation by our own team of skilled tradesmen – very quickily & without the hassle and stresses associated with on site building.
Whether you want a small or large home, in the city or on a rural location, Timberline has a home to suit – and if we don't we can customise a design to suit you.

Based in NSW, we have a factory and display centre in Lisarow on the Central Coast and a second display centre in Branxton.

 HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?Because Timberline homes are factory-built, there is consistent quality control and no hold ups due to bad weather – resulting in a fast building process.
There is the added bonus of knowing exactly when you can move in, without the hassle of a huge clean up after the building is complete.
Timberline will take care of everything, from site inspection to Council approval, installing your new home and helping you to select your fixtures and finishes. HOW DO WE DO IT? You can create your dream home be selecting one of our standard designs from our range of cabins, park homes, country homesteads or from our new range of Mod 8 contemporary designs.
You select the floor plan, exterior design, verandah style, roof pitch & detail, colours, internal fixtures & finishes.
Our designers and sales team are with you every step of the way and able to assist you with all these selections if you wish.
Each home is designed & engineered to meet all Australian building codes & BASIX requirements.
Timberline homes feature a steel structural chassis, fully braced treated pine wall frames, Colorbond roof sheeting, plus your choice of external cladding – long lasting vinyl, Weathertex, Hardie’s weatherboard, western red cedar or Colorbond. OUR DESIGN RANGE

We can also build you a new customised home to suit your personal tastes and needs. Our design department utilises the latest Archicad design program to custom design and document your plans & specifications, resulting in exactly the home your have always dreamed of. |
