Our design team will work hand-in-hand with you, producing design sketches and preliminary plans to make it easier to visualise your new home and make alterations early in the process.

You will also reap the benefits of working directly with your home builder and architect, avoiding duplication of design documentation + eliminating any hidden costs.
Other services include AutoCad design, 3D walk-through presentations, full documentation, engineering certification, Nather & BASIX reports (energy, water & insulation ratings), bush fire report, fauna & flora report, council applications & consultations. We even have an interior design service available for those homely touches.
