WHO ARE WE?
At Builtsmart we offer the smart building solution.
We manufacture modular homes for city & country homesites in New South Wales (NSW) and the ACT (Canberra) and offer a fantastic range of affordable designer homes, studios, park homes, as well as a complete custom design service.
Our quality homes are manufactured in our Lisarow factory and then transported to your site for installation by our own team of skilled tradesmen – very quickly & without the hassle and stresses associated with on-site building.
Whether you want a small or large home, in the city or on a rural location, Builtsmart Modular Homes has a home to suit – or we can customise a design to suit you.

Builtsmart has a 3,000sqm factory at Sunny Bank Rd, Lisarow on the Central Coast of NSW.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
Because Builtsmart Modular Homes are precision factory-built, modular and transportable, there is consistent quality and cost control and no delays due to bad weather – resulting in an efficient and economical building process.
There is the added bonus of knowing exactly when you can move in, without the hassle of a huge clean up after the building is complete.
Builtsmart will manage the complete building process, from site inspection to Council approval, installing your new home and helping you to select your fixtures and finishes.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
You can create your dream home by selecting one of our standard designs from our range of studios, park homes, designer homes or you can use our custom design service.
You select the floor plan, exterior design, verandah style, roof pitch & detail, colours, internal fixtures & finishes.
Each home is designed & engineered to meet all Australian building codes & BASIX requirements.
Builtsmart Modular Homes feature a steel structural chassis, fully braced treated pine wall frames, Colorbond roof sheeting, plus your choice of external cladding – Weathertex or James Hardie weatherboard panels or Colorbond.

We can also build you a new customised home to suit your personal tastes and needs. Our design department uses the latest Archicad design program to custom design and document your plans & specifications.
