Laguna 2010

As you can see here in the images, installation of this modular home wasn't without it's challenges.

Located on a 40 hectare property at Laguna this 30 x 8m prefabricated custom homestead has four bedrooms, main bathroom and ensuite in the main house, high end appointed kitchen with stone bench tops, a covered hardwood deck leading to separate teen quarters and a 14 degree gable roof pitch.

After these photos were taken, another hardwood deck was installed to encapsulate the entire home to make the most of the panoramic views with larger windows across the home to also pick up on the views. With large solar panels on the carport, this Timberline home also creates it's own power.

The new owners said:
